You asked for Dope Atomic Beauty reviews and that’s what I’m going to give you. This new product is somewhere between a protein powder and a beatifying product. In this review I’m going to tell you my thoughts after trying it for 30 days. I will tell you what benefits and effect is I’ve noticed in my skin, hair, nails, muscle tone, and just overall how I FEEL after testing it for the past several weeks. I’ll tell you also how it tastes so you know what to expect. We’ll go over the Atomic Beauty ingredients before the final thing we’ll chat about, which is the Dope Naturally packaging. Let’s get this party started.

I found Dope Naturally a few weeks ago on Amazon. I had no idea that this product existed until Amazon recommended it, and now obviously I’m seeing ads for it everywhere but after my first purchase and looking up their Instagram, it seems as if Dope Naturally is actually a super small-time brand that is just dipping it’s toes in the marketplace. I do love supporting small brands so I was actually happy to learn that about Dope Naturally. Okay. So. WHAT has happened since I started taking Dope Naturally’s ATOMIC Beauty product? Let me tell you:

DOPE ATOMIC BEAUTY REVIEW LOG:

DAY 1: Okay so obviously not too much to report but I can tell you a few different things that I CAN say for sure about Dope Naturally, just based on having taken it the first time this morning. (Excuse the deviation from my usual review format because I’m actually going to dive into the flavor and formula right NOW)

Flavor: With the Atomic Beauty product, I’ll be honest. I had no idea what to expect flavor-wise. The product says on the front ‘Atomic Beauty’ Wellness on a cellular level, but then it doesn’t REALLY tell you what it does.

So it’s sort of an odd product to begin with because you don’t know if it’s a protein powder or some kind of ‘ingestible cosmetic’-type product like those HUM Nutrition products (see my HUM Skinny Bird Review here).

But DOPE Naturally seems like something in between. Maybe skewing more towards beauty product now that I study it a little bit more.

But What does DOPE Naturally Atomic Beauty taste like?

To me, it tastes like a subtle coconut, but with a very distinctive, sort of odd texture. I didn’t think it was too overpowering in terms of sweetness or flavor itself.

I also kind of enjoyed it. I didn’t know what to expect, but the product really is rather enjoyable to drink. Much better tasting than that horrible unflavored Nue Co protein that I just had the other day.

Anyways. Yeah. I’ll give DOPE Atomic Beauty an 8/10 on taste. It’s okay! I had it mixed into some fruit / vegetable smoothies a handful of times as well and it really does blend in with other flavors quite nicely. Okay. Let’s talk about the ingredients in DOPE Naturally real quick before we get into my logging again.

DOPE Naturally Atomic Beauty Ingredients

Organic Watermelon Seed Powder

Organic Sunflower Seed Powder

Fulvic Acid Powder

Organic Coconut Milk Powder

So this is another minimalist powder. Just four ingredients that provide, accordingto Dope Naturally, the following four key benefits:

  1. Gut Health
  2. Energy Levels
  3. Speed up Recovery
  4. Skin Health

So. Those are four benefits that sound pretty good to me! And before I resume the logging (we’re almost to it, I promise), let me first share the macronutrients and caloric breakdown for you:

Per Serving

Calories 140

Total Fat 8g

Saturated Fat 5.7g

Trans Fat 0g

Cholesterol 0mg

Sodium 10mg

Total Carbohydrate 7g

Dietary Fiber 2g

Total Sugars 1g

Protein 10g

NOTES: From a macros standpoint, this is an interesting product. There is a pretty equal ratio of fats to carbs to protein, which is much different from what I’m used to seeing in regular protein shakes. The saturated fats are especially high and probably alarming to some of us who grow up fearing saturated fats. But that is all from the coconut milk. I will also note that at just 10g the protein count per serving is pretty low

Okay so those are the ingredients and the breakdown. I think it’s a super interesting product and really different from anything I’ve ever tried before. It’s like a protein shake and beauty product in one. Let me get back to my log.

After Day 1, I didn’t notice any real effects from my Atomic Beauty shake, but despite it’s relatively low protein and fiber content, this one DID make me feel pretty full after I took it. I am guessing from the high amounts of fat from the coconut milk.

DAY 5: So I’m five days into taking my Dope Naturally Atomic Beauty shake and while my life hasn’t changed yet because of it, I think I have noticed a slight increase in my energy levels and mood. I have found that my sugar cravings are much fewer and further between. I’m still submitting to a late night chocolate square each night, but nothing like usual, where I would put down a Ben & Jerry’s tub in a split second.

DAY 11: Almost two weeks into my logging and well, I am a little sick of drinking Dope Naturally just because the flavor is so odd. It’s sort of coconut-y mixed with an unusual texture. It’s not terrible sweet but I’m trying to stick with it.

In terms of effects, I think my hair seems a little bit stronger (TMI note: I think my birth control makes my hair WEAKER, so having this Atomic Beauty product is nice to counter that effect). I am still noticing that Atomic Beauty makes me feel fuller, longer.

DAY 18: Another week since my last log and I’ve been doing some research on my own, on fulvic acid, which is one of the ingredients in here. The fulvic acid comes from rotted plant soil, and is reported to be a great energy and wellness booster. I think that is what I have been experiencing is an energy boost from the fulvic acid in Dope Naturally.

DAY 30: Woo! A full month in the books and I have completed my Dope Naturally Atomic Beauty Review! The conclusion is that this new product tastes pretty good, and absolutely does provide a little energy boost. I was taking it mid-morning instead of snacking because it has a good bit of nutrients in it and did give me the energy boost I needed.

Dope Naturally Side Effects:

I didn’t experience ANY side effects while taking Dope Naturally.

Dope Naturally Packaging Evaluation:

Dope Naturally has a sort of Asian-inspired swatch slashing diagonally across the packaging. I do not really think it’s that visually pleasing of a product. Going back to what I said earlier it seems like maybe Dope is still finding itself as a brand and so I do expect it to evolve to some degree. But yeah right now it’s just white with that abstract graphic taking up way too much space, and then some descriptive text that, given how unknown of a product this is, is inadequate in describing what is actually IS to the customer. I’ll give it a C on packaging. The name ‘Dope’ also feels like maybe it’s trying just a little bit too hard.

Dope Naturally Review Summary

  • Dope Naturally has just four ingredients including watermelon protein, sunflower protein, fulvic acid, and coconut milk
  • Atomic Beauty has a mild coconut taste and an interesting texture / mouth feel
  • After trying this product for 30 days, I can say that it has shown enough promise for me to give the green light. It’s a super intriguing concept. The flavor and packaging could use some work, but, this Atomic Beauty product really IS kinda ‘Dope’ ;).*

DOPE Naturally Final Score: 8.7
